ScopedLabs provides engineering planning tools, calculators, analyzers, saved snapshots, and export/report features through scopedlabs.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

ScopedLabs collects only the information needed to operate the site, provide account access, process purchases, support saved reports, and respond to user requests.

• Email address and passwordless sign-in information.
• Purchase, checkout, and entitlement status needed to unlock paid categories.
• Support or contact messages you send to ScopedLabs.
• Saved snapshots, report metadata, custom notes, and tool results you choose to save.
• Basic technical information such as browser, device, IP address, log data, and security events.
• Local browser data used for account state, checkout flow, tool flow context, and saved-result behavior.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe. ScopedLabs does not store full credit card numbers or full payment credentials on its own servers. Stripe may collect and process payment, billing, fraud-prevention, and transaction information according to its own legal and privacy terms.

How we use information

ScopedLabs uses information to operate the site, authenticate accounts, provide category unlocks, process purchases, save snapshots when requested, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, improve reliability, and maintain site security.

Saved snapshots and tool results

If you save snapshots or reports, the saved information may include the tool name, input values, calculated outputs, report title, project or client labels you enter, notes, and timestamps. Do not save confidential project information unless you are comfortable storing it in your ScopedLabs account.

How information may be shared

ScopedLabs does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers as needed to operate the site, comply with law, prevent fraud or abuse, resolve disputes, protect rights and security, or complete a transaction you request.
