Use this step to translate the room plan into real rack capacity so the build does not look spacious on paper while quietly running out of usable rack reserve.
This is where nominal free RU gets checked against growth reserve, service access, and future adds so the rack plan remains practical instead of just technically not full.
Best for: validating rack capacity and avoiding overcommit before deployment.

Model: rack reserve is estimated from total RU, installed RU, and reserved growth policy. This is a planning estimator for deployable capacity, not a substitute for a final elevation with device-by-device service access checks.
