Exhaust Temperature Estimator
This tool continues the Thermal design flow
Use this step to estimate final exhaust conditions from inlet temperature, airflow, and heat load before validating total room cooling support.
This is where airflow and ambient rise become a final exhaust outcome, which helps confirm whether the system is still operating inside a realistic thermal envelope.
Best for: validating final exhaust conditions before confirming cooling capacity and system limits.

What this models
- Final exhaust-air temperature based on inlet temperature, heat load, and delivered airflow
- Whether exhaust conditions remain controlled or begin entering unstable thermal territory
- Whether the room-cooling step is starting from a safe exhaust assumption or an already stressed one
Results
Model: exhaust temperature is estimated by adding thermal rise to inlet temperature using a simplified airflow heat-removal relationship. This is a planning pass, not CFD or a full fan-curve simulation.
